Junebug Community Guidelines
EFFECTIVE DATE: AUGUST 20, 2026
Playtime Planning LLC dba Junebug (“Junebug,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) maintains these Community Guidelines for reviews, ratings, Provider responses, photos, logos, descriptions, program information, and other content or communications submitted through the Junebug mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). These Community Guidelines apply to parents, caregivers, and other consumer users (“Users”) and to activity providers and their representatives (“Providers”). They are incorporated into the applicable Terms of Service.
1. Scope and Application
These Community Guidelines apply to all content submitted directly through the Platform by Users or Providers, including reviews, ratings, comments, Provider responses, photos, logos, descriptions, program information, and other communications (collectively, “Content”). Content must also comply with the applicable Terms of Service, our Child Safety Policy, our DMCA Policy, and applicable law. Capitalized terms not defined in these Community Guidelines have the meanings given in the applicable Terms of Service.
2. Standards for All Content
Content must be honest and fact-based; be relevant; use respectful, constructive language; avoid profanity, hate speech, or threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language; and avoid disclosing another person’s private information. Content may not be false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or offensive; violate law; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; contain another person’s personal information without consent; be harmful, threatening, or harassing; promote discrimination, violence, or illegal activity; or contain commercial spam.
3. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews must reflect a genuine, first-hand experience. Prohibited review conduct includes fake reviews, review manipulation, coordinated rating inflation or suppression, personal attacks on individual staff, using a review to extract refunds or other benefits (extortion), false statements of fact, commercial spam, and harassment. Junebug does not verify reviews and does not remove reviews merely because they are negative.
4. Provider Responses and Review Practices
Providers have a right of response to reviews, and each response must comply with these Community Guidelines. Providers may not offer incentives for reviews, submit reviews of their own business, or otherwise manipulate ratings.
5. Provider Listing and Other Content
Provider Content is subject to the same standards above. Providers are responsible for the accuracy and currency of information on their claimed listings, including schedules, pricing, and availability, and represent that they own or have all necessary rights to the Content they submit. Provider Content may publish without pre-screening.
6. Child Safety
We have zero tolerance for the sexual exploitation of children. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and cooperate with law enforcement. For our reporting practices and how to report a concern, see our Child Safety Policy.
7. Reporting and Enforcement
Reviews and Provider Content may publish without pre-screening. Junebug may remove Content or suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Community Guidelines, the applicable Terms of Service, our Child Safety Policy, or applicable law. Junebug has no general obligation to monitor the Platform, but we act on reports and on violations that come to our attention. To report Content, use the in-app Report feature where available or contact support@junebugfamily.com.
8. Third-Party Reviews
Junebug may display reviews sourced from Google via the Google Places API. These reviews are authored by third parties and do not represent the views of Junebug. To report a concern about a Google review, contact support@junebugfamily.com, and we will escalate the concern to Google where appropriate.
9. Copyright Complaints
Junebug respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). For our notice-and-takedown procedure, designated agent, counter-notice process, and repeat-infringer policy, see our DMCA Policy.
10. Changes to These Community Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines as described in the applicable Terms of Service. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date.
